The Garment unit has an output capacity of about 1,000,000 garments per month, with production currently taking place at several different locations in close proximity. The goal to move towards premium quality, high-end customers and innovative designs has been enhanced by our state of the art laundry facility, which was established in early 2007. This modern plant is equipped with the latest Italian washing machines, and can be compared to any of the world’s top laundries.

AGI uses Gerber Technology for its Cutting Department. Each garment is then meticulously stitched, processed in the laundry, and packaged to ensure top quality.

The new washing technology has enriched AGI’s capability to produce high fashion denim jeans. This along with other cutting-edge equipment including laser has made it possible to provide special effects such as Whiskers (3D and regular), tinting, resin coating, wrinkling, creasing, distortion etc to give the customer the desired look.

AGI’s customers include leading American and European brands and retailers. The Garment division’s product portfolio includes Men's, Ladies, Mama, Girls, Boys, and Toddlers in all sorts of fittings (Skinny, Super Slim, Legging/Jegging Relaxed, Boot Cuts). Strict Quality Control Systems are in place to maintain premium quality and minimize rejection.
